💡 Pro-Tips & Notes

The "Main Campus"

Every school must have at least one Main Campus. This location is usually the default for global communications and top-level reporting.

Resource Management

Setting an accurate Max Capacity for each campus helps the administration team plan for future enrollment cycles and infrastructure upgrades.

Data Isolation

While a school's identity is shared, student and staff records are often linked to a specific Campus. This ensures that attendance sheets and schedules are accurate to the physical location.
