The Recruitment module helps you manage the end-to-end process of hiring new staff, from job posting to final offer acceptance.

Managing Applications

Navigate to Portal > Staff > Recruitment to view your active hiring pipeline.

Application Lifecycle

Applications move through several stages:

  • Submitted: New applications that need initial review.
  • Under Review: Candidates currently being evaluated by the hiring team.
  • Interview Scheduled: Candidates invited for a formal interview.
  • Offered: Successful candidates who have received a job offer.
  • Accepted / Rejected: Final outcomes of the recruitment process.

Key Features

Candidate Profiles

Each application card provides a quick overview of the candidate:

  • Position & Department: The role they are applying for.
  • Experience: Brief summary of their professional background.
  • Contact Details: Direct links to email or call the candidate.

Actions

  • View Details: Open the full application to see the candidate's resume and notes.
  • Schedule Interview: Coordinate meeting times with the candidate.
  • Make Offer: Generate and track formal employment offers.

Automated Onboarding

Once a candidate accepts an offer, you can convert their application into a Staff Record with a single click, carrying over all their personal information.
