- Sidebar: Located on the left, the sidebar gives you quick access to all the modules available to you.
- Top Bar: Use the school selector in the top bar to switch between different schools if your institution has multiple locations or campuses.
- Search: Most pages feature a search bar to help you quickly find students, staff, or specific records.
Key Concepts
Multi-Tenancy & Schools
EducaSphere is designed for organizations that may manage one or more schools. Your "Tenant" represents your entire organization, while each "School" within it can have its own campuses, students, and staff.
Roles & Permissions
What you see and do in EducaSphere depends on your assigned role. For example, a Principal will have more access than a classroom teacher. If you find you cannot access a specific feature, please contact your system administrator.
