Class Promotions & Transfers

As students progress through their academic journey, EducaSphere helps you manage their transition between grade levels and classes.

Class Promotions​

The Class Promotion module is used at the end of an academic year to move a group of students from their current level to the next level in the sequence.

The Promotion Process:​

  1. Navigate to Academic > Class Promotion.
  2. Select the Current Academic Year and Target Academic Year.
  3. Filter by the Current Level and Class you wish to promote.
  4. Review the student list and select those ready for advancement.
  5. Choose the Destination Level and click Promote Students.

Student Transfers​

(Future Feature) Dedicated tools for managing student transfers between different schools within your organization or processing outgoing transfers to external institutions are currently in development.

Graduation​

Students who complete the final level of their programme can be marked as Graduated.

  • This status updates their student record and archives their active enrollment while maintaining their academic history for transcripts.
Sequence Verification

Before running promotions, ensure your Education Levels are set up with the correct Sequence Numbers. Students will be promoted following this numerical order.
